Sasolburg Vodacom is Pathetic

So my wife's phone was ******. I tried to use the customer call center and was shoved from section to section and everyone i dealt with could not assist me. So i went to the nearest Vodacom store in Sasolburg (1km away), i walked in and there were only 2 people in the shop, eventually i got helped, i told the person that the phone was ****** and if she could put everything on pause, and her response was do you want a sim swap, i said no i want you to pause or stop any activity on the phone and will come back for a sim swap, she in turn said "OH" , she did the necessary steps and said everything was done, i then asked if the phone handset was blocked as well again i got a "OH, i didn't know if you wanted to do it". which of course sent my blood boiling. a few hours later i went to get the sim swap with no issues. later that evening i was still not connected (more than 4 hours later), now this is the main part of the reason for my complaint, i had to take time off work to go back to the Vodacom store to find out why because again nobody on customer call line can put me through to the right department, and the same person who helped me forgot to activate my account again. (pathetic) she refreshed the account and said i'll be connected shortly. so i travelled to my wife to give her a cellphone with the new sim card in it, and guess what there was no data connection but calls and sms were working, so instead of going back to the useless Vodacom branch in Sasolburg, i travelled to the next town which is Vanderbijlpark (which is now 18km away one way), walked in was met by friendly staff before the door had even closed behind me, i explained my reason from being there, i walked out there within 5 minutes and my wife's phone was up and running perfectly because Sasolburg did not activate all options or they did not do their job like they are supposed to do. I've been a Client for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this before. this whole exercise cost me R240 just because the service/job was not done properly from the start: R60 in petrol +-R180 loss of salary because i had to take time off from work
