SAMSUNG WELCOME PACK DECLINE, VODACOM FORGETS TO MENTION EXPIRATION DATE ON WELCOME OFFER

This review is for Samsung & Vodacom. I was eligible for an upgrade on my Cellphone Package Premium at Vodacom, I went into the Carnival Mall branch to get my upgrade, as part of the welcome pack on the Note 9 Galaxy was the cover which was redeemed in the store. I was also told to redeem the welcome items on the celcom website, unfortunately what they did not revert to me was the expiration date and as I travel a lot I was out of the country and now cannot redeem my wireless charger and tripod. I have this handset which is all WOW but the items as a welcome pack, what happens now?
