Samsung S8 charger problems

Samsung S8 is the worst nightmare. I upgraded to Samsung S8 four months ago, ever since I had it for 3 months I have been having a problem with the charger. Now its even worse the original charger is not charging my phone anymore but it can charger other peoples phones. Its frustrating and I don't want this phone anymore. I went to Vodacom last month with a dead phone. the only time they could charge my phone was with wireless charger. I don't have money for wireless charger cause its expensive. I spoke to Vodacom on chat today they told me they cant help me because the phone has passed 7 days. like really so what must I do with a phone that is dead and its not like I broke the phone. if its broken I could go to my insurance and claim. Can someone take this phone and give me another phone cause i'm missing important calls.
