Samsung S7 Frustrations

I got my Samsung S7 as an upgrade through Vodacom on 5 April 2016. after about 3 months I started having problems with the phone freezing and heating up and a month later it completely shut down. I was so frustrated as the phone was basically still new and I can not do my job without it. After spending about an hour at the vodacom shop begging for help and even asking for a new phone, they convinced me to send it away for repairs. I was extremely anxious the whole time as i knew I lost all my info and who know how many work related calls i missed. After about 2 weeks I got my phone back, and with a sigh of relief, left the shop. After starting up the phone.....i wanted to smash it to the ground as the same problem persisted. Everyone warned me to NOT get another Samsung but I was always a samsung supporter so I didn't follow their advice. Man was i regretting it now. After going into the vodacom shop again....wasting another hour of my work day and missing many important phone calls...the vodacom employee advised me to take the phone straight through to the smartlab as it would be faster to get it fixed than sending it through from the shop. I did that and took it to them...wasting another hour or 2 of my day. Got the phone back and it worked fine....until today... The SAME problem. So, FRUSTRARED as hell I went back to the vodacom shop, spent an hour waiting in line. When I got to the employee I mentioned that it was the 3rd time the phone is being repaired and i think its time the replace the phone... She said after 3 repairs they can consider it, but the Smartlab repair doesn't count. so i will have to send it in AGAIN and waste another couple of hours of time that I am supposed to work. The phone is 9 MONTHS OLD!!!! If this is not sorted out I won't be getting a Samsung ANYTHING ever again and i am considering switching to another service provider after almost 20 years. So disappointed!!!
