SAMSUNG S6,VODACOM MENLYN

My S6 edge has been in for repairs 5 times, I have received no joy from Vodacom at all.<br> <br> The issue has been escalated but still no one at the repair centre can help me or explain why I CONSTANTLY need to phone the get updates on the phone.
