Samsung S6 Edge

I upgraded to the new Samsung S6 Edge and since upgrading have been sitting with a phone that is permanently in for repairs due to the fact that it's signal keeps failing. When I asked for them to replace it as it is a new phone the response I got was that it is VODACOM SA's choice to do so and not their responsibility to replace my phone. Once again my phone has been in for repairs for 2 weeks already. I am paying for a phone which I do not even have the privilege of using and everybody pulls up their shoulders. I would like to know what you are going to do regarding the situation and when it will be sorted out. I feel that it is truly unacceptable I am not going to keep paying for a phone that I cannot use due to something that is faulty and nobody can seem to get fixed. Awaiting your response on this matter urgently.
