Samsung S4 screen repair for the 2nd time

yesterday I went to Vodacom pta in dutoit street for repair of my contract S4 phone, before I booked the phone in I asked that this phone is the 2nd time its coming for screen repair and I was told that its for free, the reason why I took it for the 2nd repair last year when I took the contract I was told that for this type of phone you get 2 free repairs, 1 screen repair and 1 liquid repair or 2 screen repairs in the duration of my 24 months contract. my contract has not ended yet its expiring on the 30th of June 2015. I took my phone for repairs and now i'm getting a phone call that I must pay +R2300 for repair to my phone I asked the lady is there anything wrong with the phone and the lady said no there is nothing wrong with the phone the money is for screen repair, but I do not get it why do I have to pay for the 2nd repair whereas I was told its within the 24 months its for free, I would understand if I took the phone on the 1 of July then I was going pay for the repair, now I have cancelled my contract effective 1 July due to dissatisfaction of the service.
