Samsung Note S20 Ultra not and Vodacom terrible together!

I start writing last year about the terrible service Vodacom has. The guy phone me, he never get back.! My brand new Samsung Note S20 Ultra, "best phone on.the market " still doesn't work correctly but I need to pay the full amount monthly. Vodacom doesn't care about there customers, just want to sign a contract.! Vodacom services is worsen then I ever thought.!
