I visited the Vodacom store in Centurion Lake earlier this week. Upon arrival I could not figure out where to go to get service. Apparently you have to get a number ****erally) and then wait to be called. After 50 minutes of waiting (!!!) I was told that they cannot figure out what the problem with my Samsung Note 3 is and that it will have to be sent in for repairs. By this time one is rather irritated on being kept waiting for 50 minutes and then being told they don't know what the problem is, but will give me a little loan phone (which my 5 year old son will be very happy with) for the duration it takes to have my phone fixed. When asked to see the Manager, this little snot nose Afrikaans wannabe English Evert guy comes up to me and says he is the manager and he will only be able to give me a little lucky packet loan phone as a lend unit. I explained that I receive my work emails on the phone and has to have access to it but this guy just gave me the look. So I am stuck with a phone on which I intermittently cannot type in my password because the screen freezes up and paying close to R1000 a month for it. Thanks Vodacom!!! You guys are obviously printing money over there!
