Samsung handsets

In April, we renewed our contract with Vodacom and requested a Samsung A5. On 25 May 2015, the phone switched off and would not switch back on. The phone was taken to Alberton Vodacom repair shop on 27/05/15. We were notified on Saturday 30/05/15 that the phone was ready for collection. We could only collect the phone on Friday 05/06/15. When trying to load applications on the fixed phone, there was no network connection on the phone. We returned the phone to the Vodacom repair centre and they confirmed that there was no network connection and the phone had to be booked in for further repairs. It is now 18/06/15, nearly two weeks after returning it to be repaired for the second time and we are told that the phone is in advanced repairs and they are waiting for spares. This phone isn't even three months old and, the fact that we have to return the phone on the same day for further repairs is purely unprofessional and we keep waiting for spares. Surely Vodacom should replace this entire unit? We know of 5 other people who are also having problems with Samsung handsets supp**** by Vodacom. As a non profit organisation, we cannot simply afford to fork out R142.50
