<p>My phone was collected last week Thursday for overheating and just stopped working. I am now at the point that i require my phone urgently unfortunately i have been told that its now waiting for parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE could i not just get a new phone? Its still in its warranty period and its insured. My job is now hanging by a thread because of this!</p>
