Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite Review, Tips Tricks, Tested, 6GB 8GB RAM, VODACOM ****

Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite Review, Tips Tricks, Tested, 6GB 8GB RAM, VODACOM ****

Please note this will be a long read, as I have included both a review of the phone and the ****, and lack of Service and or Managerial ability from Vodacom Support (Contract facility) to address a serious fault in their advertising. (This Makes SAMSUNG look bad actually)

This post will be broken into 3 sections:

1. Reason for the Hello Peter Request and VODACOM **** on the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite 2. Overview of correspondence with Vodacom. 3. Samsung Note10 Lite Review, Tips, Tricks

1. First the reason for logging this request on Hello Peter -

If you have recently taken a contract (or perhaps even made an online purchase from Vodacom) via the app for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Please check your device!! IMPORTANT If you got the device before the 26th of February 11:30am, The phone was ADVERTISED as the 8GB RAM model, however the device you received might be a 6GB RAM model. You can check this by: Open Settings on your Phone -- Scroll to Device Care and tap on it --- tap on Memory -- The phone will do a quick check, and your available memory will be shown under bar that comes up ( usage amount / device memory ) used. for example, 4GB/6GB used.

2. Review of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite 6GB RAM Tips, Tricks

So this review bit, will be a bit light, as I have used the Title to try to push up this post on Google search lists, purely to warn potential buyers of Vodacom's ****, (As they should be getting an 8GB model for the price of the contract they would be taking.) Also to hopefully make those that have purchased the device prior to the above listed date, aware that they may have been ****med.

I am a Sony fanboy, and after what appears to be an exit of Sony Mobile from South Africa, I was kinda stuck for a device to get. Decided to try out an affordable Note Device purely for the S PEN. The S Pen is amazing, for creativity (The built in PenUp App is particularly useful, for those that want to learn how to draw, teaching kids how to colour in, and just plain expression). sometimes the app does glitch a little when zoomed in, and moving across the screen. Bandlab works fairly well, however I found that when changing from portrait to landscape while in the app (the delay in redesigning the UI outlay, takes a bit longer) - perhaps the upgraded RAM model will handle this better.

Tips, - sending messages using the s pen, (whatsapp) can be a bit frustrating, (my handwriting is not the best, and i default to upper case letters when writing.) best use the on screen keyboard when messaging else it comes out like you are shouting at people. However it

Tricks - I found out about the screenshot toolbar by accident I find it much easier to use than the right to left screenswipe feature. (a clunky way of taking screenshots.)

Reviewer Update
Just got an update from Vodacom that my request is now closed. No communication was sent to me prior. No discussion has been had on the issue, and how to resolve. No resolution was given.

The issue is not resolved.
Perhaps a concerted effort on Social media, may prompt an effort by Vodacom to assist in my query instead of ignoring the issue, and closing off their ticket requests.
