Samsung Galaxy A33

I upgraded in February 2023. My phone switched of due to low battery. I tried to charge the phone and it shows a watermark and refuse to charge. The phone was never exposed to moist or water. I took the phone to Vodacom the consultant put the phone on a charger, and it starts charging. After a few months the same problem occur. The latest is the phone don't want to connect to the Wi-fi or Bluetooth. I went to Vodacom again they said the phone is still on the warranty but not the charging block. As if it is not part of the phone. They can fix it, but I will have to cover the cost. According to the consultant after repairing the charging block the phone will never be the same again. I might as well buy a new phone. But I am still paying for my contract and the phone is still under warranty I called Samsung because this is definitely a faulty product. There are numerous complaints on the internet from numerous people with the same problem and same device. Samsung said I must take the phone to their repair centre and cover the cost myself. If the phone is still under warranty, Vodacom have to cover the cost. Vodacom refuse to cover the cost of a phone that is still under warranty. I never had so many problems with a phone. This is my first and definitely my last Samsung.

I got my phone back today. The phone is damage so badly you cannot get a charger into the charging port. They were supposed to fix a software problem. The manger told me they are going to send the phone for repairs again and it can take up to 3 weeks. I told her the consultant told me if a phone's charging port is damaged you might as well buy a new phone. Now Vodacom damaged my phones charging port. I even took a photo. There is a dent on the outside. Repairs. The manager asked me if I am a technician. I had it with Vodacom. I am still paying for the phone and the phone is under warranty. Please help!!!
