SAMSUNG GALAXY A04E QUERY
I'm enormously disappointed in Vodacom sales services. My mobile cellphone contract has been renewed, unfortunately the wrong cellphone, SAMSUNG GALAXY A04E 32GB i.s.o. SAMSUNG GALAXY A04E 64 GB has been delivered. I've mailed Vodacom on several occassions, explaining the situation but to now avail. Seems Vodacom's after sales services are not of interest for them!

04 Feb 2023, 14:06My query is unresolved. Vodacom promised me to confirm the the addition, i.e. memory card etc to my Samsung E04E via email. I don't trust vodacom, wanted confirmation via email, up to today, nothing happened. Really, this is a disgrace.
