samsung battery problem

I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S 4 Mini at Hi Cell Vodacom outlet in Bela-Bela in Nov 2014.<br> I have a battery problem. I took the phone in on 9th Jan , sins then I am phoning every second day to find out about my phone. Every time they have a different answer. I am so tied of phoning. On Monday discovered my phone got los between Vodacom and the courier company. This is a BRAND NEW PHONE. Cant they just replace my phone. This is a very inconvenience situation<br> <br> , I NEED MY PHONE. Why cant the just send the phone to Samsung, I an sure they will replace it.
