Samsung Alpha keeps on freezing and restarting

Job no ***<br> I got my Samsung Galaxy Alpha around 3 weeks ago. The phone kept on freezing and restarting, so I took it back to Vodacom, within the 7 day warranty/guarantee period you have for the phone to be replaced The phone was sent to Potchefstroom to be fixed but it came back just as I sent it in. The technician said on the report that he wasn't able to find the fault. I have had the phone another week but it keeps on freezing and restarting - so much so that I was able to take a video on my old iPhone as proof that it freezes and restarts the whole time. I have been to Vodacom Brooklyn and Menlyn but none of the people want to take the video (my proof that it freezes and restarts) and give or send to the technicians to look and see that it happens. I have had this phone for 3 weeks now and it keeps on freezing and restarting when i try to open my gallery, my alarm, even when I try to lock the phone.
