Samsung A25 problem
I bought a Samsung A25 from a vodacom shop and a day later realised that people has been complaining about my reception. I quickly went back to the shop and explained my problem. They took the phone in to check the problem and on return they explained that they changed the mother board and it was working perfectly. I have since taken the phone three times to Fourways Mall for the same problem and this problem is still unresolved.
I use my phone for work purposes and i am so frustrated and actually even think th phone has never been repaired to start with. What bothers even more is that the phone was said to be knew. What do I do?

06 Nov 2024, 10:56Ever since my review and complain to Vodacom, they took my phone in for repairs more than 4 times and I still have the same problem.
Can someone tell me what should be the next step for me. I am loosing personally and financially because this is my work phone.
I am tired of going back to vodacom for the phone to be taken in for 2-3 weeks and when it comes back it works sometimes and sometimes it's not. I took this phone in April/May 2024 and cannot afford to wait in another 18months for my contract to expire and I get out of this relationship with Vodacom.
Please help!
