Samsung 6 Edge +

I received mu new pre ordered Damsung S6 Edge + today, when I opened the box to activate the sim card ( provided my vodacom ) they gave me a micro sim, as per the specs of the phone they work with Nano sim cards and not Micro sims.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre to have this resolved and get the Nano sim card thats suppose to come with the phone.<br> <br> After 6 attempts of getting someone to assist me with this ( as they keep on to transfer you from one person to the other or they take your number and never phone back ), I requested to speak to a manager who told me I must go yo a vofacom shop and get a Nano sim card for the phone because there is nothing he can do to get the sim card to me today.<br> <br> This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cellphone company !!!
