Samsung 16 MB SDcard

Bought Samsung 16 MB SD card at Vodacom outlet paid 160 Rand. Formated in my Vodacom tablet as internal storage. My device told me can't accept this SD card as internal storage because of poor quality. Now it is only accepted as external storage and if I have to replace SD card will cost me thousands Rand in data cost to download all apps again!! Please Vodacom I'm waiting for your comments.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding your explanation my Vodacom tablet VFD 1100 gives me option for SD card to choose between internal storage or external storage. Your comment means nothing as you don't even know what device I'm using. ?????.
