Samira is an absolute GEM
I must commend your staff member for the assistance in my new contract. Samira assisted me wonderfully and am so impressed with her amazing customer service s****s. She handled the situation incredibly well and saved the deal that would have been lost due to Nadim's errors and lack of training.
Working in a service based industry I was taken aback by her service. She is definitely a gem and should definitely be recognised for her efforts
