Same story different procedure

it has been over a month and the phone is somewhere between me and nowhere , i phoned yesterday to find out it has been returned to the service center and now i must pay R1400.00 to have my replacement phone replaced , this is the biggest joke of all time , if i had not phoned to find out i would still be waiting , i cannot wait to finish this contract so that i can move to another supplier as vodacom is SH...t , i am moving my wife now as here contract is finished , , i thought i would be the first at hello peter but alas i way down in the line , i am still waiting for VODACOM to contact me from my last complaint , it a CIRCUS of note .<br> <br> I have been a client since 1996 and this is how you get treated WELL DONE Vodacom
