Same request for months on end

I requested Vodacom to remove a 1GB month on month data bundle off my account in June of 2014.<br> Received confirmation twice that it was deactivated, yet I am still getting billed for it up to this day.<br> <br> Needless to say that the bundle was falsely advertised to begin with. It was supposedly a \buy 1GB get another 1GB free"promo"
