same problem every month

Every month without fail I am unable to send sms messages. For some reason the system deactivates the services. Numerous phone calls are wasted on trying to resolve. Call center agents are useless at trying to assist. Walking into Voda store helps but ghat also only lasts to the first of the month. My bill is total mess. Call centre staff are unable to explain the details I am after.
