Same old same old. Fail to respond to emails.
Hello vodacom it's me again to once again complain about your service. A while a ago a received an sms about canceling t&b bonus data. I sent an email asking for this to be canceled because I cannot use my sms services abroad. But instead of getting respond I got some stupid iPhone 15 advert. Please could you find my email and respond ...m DO NOT call me as reception is bad as I'm in Indonesia. PLEASE correspond via email.
