Same old dont care attitude

On Saturday 13 May 2017, I upgraded my contract online. I used the the wrong address, On Monday morning around 08H15, i phoned Vodacom and notified that I used the wrong address. The gent from upgrades assisted me and updated the address. This morning, a sms was sent to the wrong number saying the package is en route to the wrong address. I phoned RAM, I was told to phone vodacom. I then phoned vodacom again and found out the address wasnt updated and will only receive the package on Wednesday 17 May 2017.

# Im sick and tired of always battling with vodacom

# When Vodacom had a problem and I couldnt buy additional data, I was billed out of bundle charges because VODACOM had a problem. What did Vodacom do?? NOTHING. I had to pay that bill.

# Vodacom is the most expensive network. I pay an arm and leg every month, yet they give a sh*t.

# I have the same number for 14 years. Ive been a customer for 14 years. That doesnt phase vodacom at all.

# My old phone is faulty. Hence the reason I need a new phone

So here is my suggestion....

# CANCEL THE UPGRADE. I dont want to support Vodacom anymore. My business isnt good enough for Vodacom. Stick that phone where the sun doesnt shine. I will go elsewhere. Customers dont need to lick backsides and beg for service. Ill pay off the current contract and throw away the sim card. Its embarrassing how you guys do business. Pathetic. Cheers. Ill get a chepaer contract at Cell C.

Above, Vodacom said they'll contact me. They havent been in contact, nor have they rep**** to a facebook post on their page. It seems as if they just brush off their mistakes and hope the client just forgets about it. Shocking.
