Same old bad service...

Vodacom contacted me apologizing for my "bad experience" after I kept getting billed for an account which I cancelled in March 2017. This response was finally received on 3 October. They have soiled my once good name at the Credit Bureau as I tried to open an account at a retailer and they asked me "what's going on with the Vodacom account". Out of curiosity I also tried to apply for a loan, and was told I am only receiving low offers due to the fact that Vodacom has given me a bad name. I would like to have this sorted out NOW. It's not enough to say sorry and pay up the account. This all came about due to their consultants incompetence, and now I have to carry the consquences? I don't think so. Clear my name!
