SAME ISSUE - THIRD complaint

Third time lucky? One can only hope!

Dear Vodacom, I have now tried e-mail, telephone and three seperate HelloPeter complaints but it seems you are unable to rectify your mistakes.

On 19/02 I said: " Was told that MBD would stop harassing me on February 1st as I am not and have never been in debt to Vodacom. Today is the 19th and I still receive phone calls and sms messages daily!

My credit report also still shows the closed Vodacom account as having been overdue between the months of August 2018 - January 2019. I want this corrected as this was never the case. "

Your reply was: " Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.

We have received feedback from MBD and the account was withdrawn from the DCA.

Regards, Vodacom Consumer Website Team "

Note how you failed to even acknowledge my issue with my credit report which has STILL not been rectified?

And now, for the best bit : I was contacted by MBD yet AGAIN on 20/02 and twice on 21/02!

Clearly neither issue has thus been sorted out So I am going to now ask one final time - 1. Make sure that MBD IMMEDIATELY stop calling and or sms'ing me! 2. Rectify your mistake on my credit report as I was never overdue on any account!

I am going to give it 24 hours, and if then a) my credit report is not rectified and b) MBD send me one more message - I am filing a complaint with the Credit Ombud.

I feel I have been more than reasonable in trying to clean up a mess I never had any part in but I am now done with this. I have a parent terminally ill in hospital and each time I am needing to take time out to come and either speak to the individuals at MBD or trying to get you to just sort out a simple issue. PATHETIC.
