Same issue I once posted about concerning Vodacom. Their service is really poor. We have been having issues with thier Wi-fi since last year....I posted my review and they fixed thier problem only for two months....after that it has been the same problem. We are not able to recieve proper internet...it is always down...yet we pay every month. It's been two months now without internet..no problem reporting on thier side. Thier agents don't pick up thier calls. We now have to buy extra data to handle our work and business. This is very unfair....yet we can't terminate the contract since it's a 24 month contract. I have had enough of this now...it's a year using this WiFi service but it has been so poor.
