Same garbage as last week with call centre

I am still trying to get my upgrade done with Vodacom! The response to my complaint on Hello Peter on Thursday (received from Vodacom on Friday) was that someone would contact me in "due course". It is almost the end of Monday and "due course" has not been reached.

I called the upgrade line again and this time spoke to Nhlanhla who informed me that someone tried to call me THREE TIMES. Seriously! There are no missed calls on my mobile device and no mesages. Someone is clearly not doing their job.

And again I cannot to speak to anyone who can assist me as this must be escalated to whoever and they will call me back. The same garbage that I was told last week. Only when I insisted was I given a reference number - 1- ********** 391548 - I am not even sure that I trust that this is a valid reference number as it took almost 7 minutes to generate it.

Does Vodacom not want me to renew my three contracts? Is this how little my business means to Vodacom. How on earth do I get any service from Vodacom? How do I get to speak to someone that can actually assist me?

Seriously? The only response I get is an automated response which is exactly the same as last week. And the "due course" remains the issue. Does the Vodacom Consumer Website Team actually deal with consumers at all?
