Same excuses and bad service
<p>I have got a upgrade for Vodacom after charging the device and use it like for first 3 hours the battery was empty. So Vodacom toke it in and gave me a new device. I have use it for a month and then in december one day it just strated getting warmer and it burn my hand so hot it got. I took it in on 4th of January 2017. I got an SMS that they sending it to advanced repairs. On the 6th of January 2017 i got an SMS that they have ordered the parts. On Monday the 9th of January 2017 they received the parts and they going to test it. Since Monday it was the same SMS and same story when i follow up to hear if my phone is done.</p>
