Same contract renewal challenges….
With every single contract renewal over the last 3 years, iMessage and FaceTime broke. Yet again, it is my problem to get it resolved, and to carry the reactivation cost. Not cool, Vodacom. Please fix. You know who I am - do not ask me to verify myself yet again, I beg of you!!!!!

Subscriber confirmed that the issue is still ongoing. Submitted the request to remove the number from the DNC list (https://dnc.org.za/). advised sub to follow the SMS instructions and give it 3 days.
