***** Sales | Vodacom

Good day, On the 23th of May 2023 I received a phone call from *** under false pretence that “Vodacom rewards” has selected me to receive more out of my current contract, the sales lady mentioned that “She is not upgrading my contract nor will I be paying more for my contract going forward, in fact i will pay less and receive a bigger package making 29c per minute” (R415 will be my premium) however I discovered that this was in fact a LIE, I will end up paying R700+ for my contract going forward from the 1st of June 2023.

They should train their sales staff to “sell products honestly” to add on that, I never received any documentation from “rewards” that confirm any selection or whatever from Vodacom so basically this lady ****med me.
