<p>I received a call from a number + ********** 2779 with an agent attempting to sell me a different data package, now whilst I appreciate the intention on trying to get me a better deal, the deameanor of this agent was abhorrent . Please note this is not a complaint on your general service, this specific call centre agent has no understanding on jhow to address people and I would appreciate it if the matter was looked into.</p>
