sales people not helpfull at all

I went to pay my acount right around 09:20 and the sales men couldn't help me becuase he did not have change and he said I had to go drink a coffe and come back so I did some shopping and when I got back the 2nd sales men also told me he couldn't help me becuase he also did not have change so Dean Coetzee genoursly helped me and he did have change so that I could pay my bills I said to them its unecseptable they sould have change . The service at N1 city is always poor and I'm very disapointed I did report it at vodacom as well
