Sales people lying to prospective clients

On Saterday, 18 March 2017, I went to Vodacom Vaal Mall to open a new contract and transfer my number. I was met by a Sales person who assisted me with the transfer. He told me that the contract was approved and that i have to come back on Monday 20 March 2017 to activate the contract. When i arrived at the branch, another sales person tried to help me while busy with other people at the same time. A lady sales person then took over my documentation. She told me that all is now in order and that my contract will be active in 20-45 minutes.

On Tuesday 21 March 2017, I had to go back tot the branch as my phone was still not working. There I was met by the first sales person. He told me that he activated my contract at 11:00 that moring.

My problem is that the lady sales person **** to me just to get me out of the store and not to have time to get back before they close. I am a customer comming to your store to spend money, and I am **** to.
