sales guy not interested in explaining diff deals

I was recently approached by a company called Mondo trying to offer me data bundle deal. I then contacted vodacom sales to ask if Mondo is indeed one of their trade partners and how much are different data packages from vodacom direct. I was directed to a guy by the name of Johannes who showed no interest in giving me more info on vodacom deals. He even told me that he can not tell me anything more.
