Sales call centre taking advantage of old people

My mom is 77 years old. She told me yesterday she received a call from a lady from Vodacom. When I checked her phone there was a delivery message for something KO544916. This morning 01 Nov 2017 Ram tried to deliver this Vodacom item which my mom did not agree to.

I work so get home after 19h00 and unfortunately cannot be with her to call Vodacom. Vodacom has done the same thing before where she is sitting with a tablet and router still in the box and being debited for something she does not use.

I called Vodacom ********** spoke to supervisor Mahle Dudazana who could not help me unless I am with my mum. She took my mums phone number and called her but said she could only help if I was there. I requested that the call is listened to which would confirm no order was confirmed.

I further requested a call back which she refused. Customer care is key and although you have internal rules this case needs exceptions.
