Sales Associates Blatant Lies

I placed an order with vodacom for fibre. I was **** to by two sales associates who said my fibre would be installed within the same week as my router being delivered.

I was later informed it would only be installed three weeks after my router was delivered.

I cancelled the order and I was the blocked from making use of another ISP as they took forever to cancel my order.

It felt like poor service on top of poor service.
