Sales Agent **** Repeatedly in Order to Make a "Sale"

I received a call from a Vodacom sales rep on 4.7.22 explaining that Vodacom had mistakenly over-charged certain customers for data (or something like that) and they were offering these customers either additional data or airtime as a result. I asked the agent to confirm that this additional data would not be at any additional cost to me at least 10 times - which he did. He assured me this change would not be at any additional cost to me. I asked to receive the details in writing. I only received an emailed "quote" on 1 August (# I-***) - which showed an increase in my monthly charge from R671 to R879 for data. I immediately called Vodacom to explain the situation and asked: 1. That my contract be restored to the original version 2. That I be refunded for the additional amount which I did not ask for 3. That the agent who **** to me about the terms of this additional data be investigated as he de*****ed me - the call was recorded so I asked that it be retrieved and investigated. I followed up with another call and an email - and eventually received a new quote (I-***) on 12 August which changed my data plan back to the original one, presumably from September. I then went into my local Vodacom store to try to resolve, but they could not help me as told me they are separate from the sales department. So, I still have not got a refund for the period I was charged for the additional data and I have had no feedback on what action has been taken against this sales agent who **** numerous times in order to make a sale. (I think the agent might be identified as RAMDL001 from Vodacom Direct Sales) It is unbelievable and unacceptable that there is no channel to complain or investigate this issue and Vodacom seems completely disinterested that their sales agents are committing *****. I have been a Vodacom customer for approx 20 years, but am looking into the alternatives based on this experience! I dont know how
