On Friday 24 Nov'17 I ordered a new Tablet on Contract, I have currently 2 Contracts for the past 14 years with Vodacom, Their On Line Chat does not work, Phone you wait 30 minutes listening to pathetic music and the you get an arrogant agent on the line that tells you "Unfortunately" another department must help. THIS IS PATHETIC - TODAY IS 1 WEEK AND NO RESPONSE - I WILL TERMINATE MY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND TAKE IT TO WHERE I CAN GET SERVICE!!!! ****it!
