Sale of Private Information

I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for the past 15 years. Recently I have started to receive threatening sms's from several unknown numbers.

My partner, family and friends on my contact list are now also being threatened daily by this unknown person using numerous new numbers.

It appears that someone from Vodacom is leaking out my information such as incoming and outgoing calls made/received as immediately after calling someone not on my contacts that person also starts getting threats as well.

I have been to Vodacom outlets including Vodaworld and no one is will to give me information as to who is accessing my record from Vodacom and selling it to the third party. I get told I have to go to the police and obtain section 205 subpoena which the police are refusing to issue.

Is Vodacom so hellbent in protecting its ******* employees than its customers? Today I am posting to another provider.
