Here is the annual Vodacom, I was called a few months back by Vodacom saying they will give me extra minutes on my contact for +-R20 extra on my account although I have R130 airtime, but they would add another +-R100 airtime. When the bill came they charged me the full amount so monthly bill went from R250 to R400 per month. I called customer care and they would have to review the tapes and get back to me who knows when. You guys are a bunch of *****s just taking whatever they want as long as they are allowed to debit your account.
