****s at Vodacom retentions department

I am extremely dissatisfied with Vodacom's service, particularly within the retentions department. Despite calling well in advance to request the cancellation of my contract to avoid being charged on a month-to-month basis, I have now been informed that my contract was not canceled. This raises serious concerns about whether this is a deliberate tactic by the company to de***** customers. Alarmingly, I have heard similar complaints from other clients, and now I am personally experiencing the same issue. This matter requires immediate attention, as it appears to be a widespread issue within the retentions department. I demand that my contract be canceled immediately and request access to the interaction history of the agent I spoke to about this matter. I had clearly explained my reasons for canceling the contract, yet it remains active. This indicates a failure to perform duties either by individuals within the department or by management, potentially in collusion with staff to exploit customers for financial gain. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate by exposing these practices on social media. I***-1
