Ruthless inefficiency yet again from Vodacom!!!

After cancelling my Vodacom contract close to the end of May 2016, I was contacted by a sales agent on the 5th of June 2016 to take advantage of a promotional data contract offer. While doing this, I asked the agent and the reporting manager, countless times, if there are any other costs involved before signing up for this deal. Both the sales agent and the manager assured me there are no further costs involved. I then agreed and signed up for the offer, which only counted against me in that I noticed I received calls displaying "unknown" on my phone. Not being very knowledeable about this, it was brought to my attention that the sales agent and the reporting manager has FAILED to inform me that I will need to pay for the caller line identity facility (CLIP) once the data contract is activated. This truly frustrates me to a point that I am so sick and tired of receiving such a disgusting service from South Africa's' "leading cellular network". The only thing which puts them in the lead is that they seriously good at taking your money from you without you knowing it. How many more times must I endure a poor and sub-standard service from Voadacom? I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and yet its not enough for them. An award for **************** should be created and awarded to Vodacom for a job well done on maintaining their ******** like services. Makes me wonder if their reasons for robbing and manipulating their clients is to cover their R7 billion court battle they lost early this year.
