Running a special but dont meet their end of contr

Vodacom had the special of selling a data contract where you get a wifi router AND a 1 Terrabyte hard drive.<br> I signed the contract, received the wifi router but not the hard drive. Mary said they dont have stock now, will let me know once they receive stock so I can collect. Couple of weeks passed, I phone them and they say they have not received stock as yet. Today a couple of months has passed, I phone them and they say that vodacom does not give out the hard drives anymore!!! Because that I signed the deal of getting the internet contract WITH a wifi router AND ALSO a 1 terrabyte hard drive, and not getting this means its breach of contract right? how are you going to solve this Vodacom??
