RUNAWAY AIRTIME- CLUELESS CONSULTANT

Hi

I am a Vodacom contaract user with an iphone 7 for the past 4 months or so. This morning my monthly airtime came in and as per normal used my phone and recieved whatsapps. My airtime always lasts about 1 week and a half . thus morning however within 30 minutes of normal programming it was depeleted.

This is concerning as my udpates run on my wifi and there is no reason why R200 airtime would deplete within 30 minutes with no updates or calls made.

I called in for assistance and after 20 minutes on the phone with Consultant Jennier Moredi she was very unhelpful. She says its Internet usage. She was very unhelpful as she kept on saying that there is nothing she can do to help me and that she does not know. THEN WHO MUST KNOW I ASKED???

VODACOM is very expensive and i cannot afford on the 1st day of the month to start buying airtime. This is not fair and I use my internet sparingly as i have wifi as well.

my reference number is ********** 7.
