Run from vodacom

My grandmother has been using her simcard for over 10 years!!! She always recharged... Then she fell sick and could not tend to her phone, she'd only receive calls. They then blocked her network then removed it off their system. Now when I call them trying to get her number back, they get me to speak to a voice bot!!! I try porting her to MTN then they say they stopped the porting from happening. This is whhhhy vodacom stores are always empty in malls, it used to be the best but it's literally trash now. Stressing elderly people over "regulations" that they know nothing about! Hate them down!
