run a round by vodacom

Vodacom is giving me the run around for the past 3 weeks. I having been calling vodacom, wanting a contract upgrade which they had for R499.00 on a business package. I have spoken to Katelin who keeps on apoligizing when i get upset with her because she tells me that she will call back and it never happens (and it has happened 3 times, once i can say ok to it, but 3 times that's inconpetence). As for Amanda they manage in the business dept, also gives me the run around that they have sent my query to the back offices (finance dept, who cannot give them an answer, seems like they are gone on holiday) for aproval and still have not heard from them. Wow its takes almost 3 weeks to get no feedback as a business client, what a shame (it seems like my business is not important for Vodacom). On the other hand my husband who has an account on his personal name called on the 2 december and got aproved straight away for the same package. How sad as a business client we are given the run around. And no one has any idea what is happening in their departments.
