Rude,Unprofessional and useless.
Called in for a sim swap at 20:15 and couldn't be assisted,Spoke to Lungile and the assistant called Portia and they were both RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS. After getting hijacked i lost my ID,Passport and Driver's license so the only form of identification i have is an affidavit with a case number and on the same affidavit is my ID number.They refused to give me a reference for the call,no surnames are allowed to be given out,they don't have any work-emails.Refused to escalate the matter to a manager.
