Rudest woman I have ever spoken to.
My wife was called by Vodacom as our account in arrears, so we got a call from them saying they want to \assist"but needed to speak to me so I called them. The woman Reacile was rude and said they will \""help\"" me by deleting pour numbers. Firstly how is that helping? We said we were going to make weekly payments and get it up to date and she said that if i don't think you deleting my numbers is assisting then goodbye thanks for calling.

Do you train your agents to try be as rude and flippant as possible? Is there a competition at work who can be the rudest to clients? If so I do believe she might be in the lead for today. I was called and said Vodacom wanted to assist and that is not assisting anyone so then the fact she tried to just drop the call on me is poor in many ways. Now I don't actually expect you to do anything about this as you become to big to care about peoples complaints but know that I will be telling everyone I know via every social platform on how Vodacom \""assists\"" their customers.

I do not speak to any of my clients poorly when they owe us money as I listen and I make a plan I don't get sarcastic and rude. That is poor business and lack of working skills. """
